2. Email a legible photo of your receipt or other valid proof of purchase to giveaways@unspeakable.com. This email MUST include your full legal name, age, state of residence and a valid email we can use to contact you.

You may submit up to 2 entries per person / email (to entries is equal to two products purchased) Products must be purchased during the promotional period between October 12th and 24th 2026 Bonus entry: For an additional bonus entry once you have submitted a valid purchase based entry or a valid AMOE entry (see the full list of rules for details) you may email a screenshot showing a photo you posted on social media featuring a bonkers toy during the promotional period between October 12th and 24th. 1. HOW TO ENTER: The Unspeakable Bonkers Mystery Box Giveaway sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:01 AM Central Time on October 10, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on October 24, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

Throughout the Promotion Period, you may enter the Promotion by one of the following methods: 

(a) Purchase-Based Entry: Purchase any Bonkers toy, including any Bonkers Mystery Box product, online at Walmart.com or in person at a Walmart retail store in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and email a legible photo of your receipt or other valid proof of purchase to giveaways@unspeakable.com. Your email must include your full legal name, age, state of residence, and valid email address. Entrants should redact any payment card number, financial account information, or other sensitive information from the receipt or proof of purchase before submission, provided that the retailer, purchase date, qualifying product, and receipt or transaction information remain visible. Each qualifying purchase receipt submitted constitutes one (1) entry. Limit: two (2) entries per person/email address via this method during the Promotion Period. Receipts may only be used once and must reflect a purchase made during the Promotion Period.

(b) Bonus Entry: Entrants who have submitted a valid Purchase-Based Entry or a valid AMOE entry may earn one (1) additional bonus entry by emailing a screenshot showing a photo they posted on social media featuring a Bonkers toy to giveaways@unspeakable.com. No purchase is required to earn a Bonus Entry; the Bonkers toy shown in the posted photo need not have been purchased by the entrant. The Bonus Entry email must include the entrant’s full legal name and the same email address used for the entrant’s Purchase-Based Entry or AMOE entry. The screenshot must clearly show the posted photo, the entrant’s social media handle, and a clear disclosure that the post was made in connection with a sweepstakes, such as #sweepstakes. The posted photo and related post must comply with all applicable social media platform terms and must not tag, imply sponsorship by, or suggest endorsement by any social media platform. Limit: one (1) Bonus Entry per person/email address during the Promotion Period. This Bonus Entry method is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, any social media platform, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), or YouTube. Maximum total entries per person/email address across all entry methods: three (3) entries during the Promotion Period, of which no more than two (2) may be Purchase-Based Entries, no more than two (2) may be AMOE entries, and no more than one (1) may be a Bonus Entry.

(c) Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) – No Purchase Necessary: To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address, age, state of residence, email address, and the words “Unspeakable Bonkers Mystery Box Giveaway” on a 3” x 5” card or piece of paper and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to: Unspeakable Bonkers Mystery Box Giveaway, c/o Unspeakable Vlogs, Inc., 5450 Honea Egypt Rd, Montgomery, TX 77316. Each valid mail-in entry received constitutes one (1) entry. Limit: two (2) AMOE entries per person/email address during the Promotion Period. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received by October 31, 2026 to be eligible. Entries submitted via AMOE will have the same chance of winning as entries made via purchase.

All Purchase-Based Entries and Bonus Entries must be received by 11:59 PM CT on October 24, 2026. AMOE entries must be postmarked by October 24, 2026 and received by October 31, 2026. No mechanically reproduced, photocopied, mass-produced, or automated mail-in AMOE entries are allowed. Multiple entries processed by scripting, computerization, bots, or other automated means, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided. “Authorized account 4913-4855-6242.1 holder” is defined as the person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Service Provider or email provider. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, false, deceptive, or that do not comply with these Official Rules are void. Sponsor’s computer shall serve as the official time-keeping device for this Promotion. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

2. ELIGIBILITY: In order to enter, you must (i) be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, (ii) be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your state of residence, whichever is older, as of October 10, 2026, and (iii) comply with all entry requirements stated in these Official Rules. Individuals who do not satisfy all eligibility requirements must not enter or submit personal information in connection with the Promotion. If Sponsor determines that personal information has been submitted by or on behalf of an ineligible person, including a person under the required age, Sponsor may disqualify the entry and delete the submitted information, except to the extent retention is required by law. Employees of Unspeakable Vlogs, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and their advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities participating in the design, marketing, administration or fulfillment of this Promotion, as well as each of their parent corporations, subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and members of their households (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate in this Promotion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, and void in any jurisdiction where registration, bonding, or other requirements would apply but have not been met.

3. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION; GENERAL CONDITIONS: On or about November 3, 2026, two (2) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, including all eligible AMOE entries timely received by October 31, 2026. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.

ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD. Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners via the email address provided at entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. Failure of a potential winner to respond to such notification within seventy-two (72) hours may result in disqualification of that potential winner and selection of an alternate potential winner from remaining eligible entries. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT HAS BEEN SELECTED IN THE RANDOM DRAWING, ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED (WHICH MAY REQUIRE ENTRANT’S EXECUTION AND RETURN OF AN AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY, A LIABILITY RELEASE, AND/OR A PUBLICITY RELEASE CONSISTENT WITH THE TERMS HEREIN AND AS DETERMINED IN SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION), AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE (“Winner”).

By entering this Promotion, each Entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Except where prohibited by law, by entering into this Promotion and/or accepting any Prize, each Winner hereby grants to Sponsor and the Promotion Entities, and their licensees, affiliates, and assigns, the worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use the Winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, and voice for promotional or advertising purposes in connection with this Promotion and Sponsor’s Bonkers-related products and services, on a worldwide basis, for a period of three (3) years from the end of the Promotion Period, in all forms of media, now or hereafter known, without review, permission, or further compensation or consideration.

Photo/Content License: By submitting a Bonus Entry that includes a screenshot of a social media post featuring a Bonkers toy, each Entrant hereby grants to Sponsor and the Promotion Entities a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and otherwise exploit such photo and/or social media post, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter developed, for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with this Promotion and Sponsor’s Bonkers-related products and services, across Sponsor’s platforms and channels, for a period of three (3) years from the end of the Promotion Period, without further notice, compensation, or approval, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor may identify the content as submitted in connection with 4913-4855-6242.1 the Promotion and may include any disclosure Sponsor deems appropriate or legally required. Entrant represents and warrants that: (i) the submitted content is original; (ii) Entrant owns all rights therein or has obtained all necessary permissions; (iii) the content does not violate the rights of any third party; and (iv) if any third party appears in the content, Entrant has obtained that person’s written consent to submit the content and grant the foregoing license.

4. PRIZES AND TAXES: Two (2) Winners will each receive one (1) limited edition ‘Banana’ Boy plushie (each a “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize: $150.00 USD. Total ARV of all Prizes: $300.00 USD.

Each Winner is solely responsible for any costs, taxes, or expenses associated with or resulting from acceptance of a Prize, including without limitation any applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value and of similar type if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Prizes will be delivered to verified Winners within approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks following winner verification. Limit: one (1) Prize per person/household.

Each Winner shall provide, upon Sponsor’s request, all information that Sponsor may reasonably require to fulfill its obligations under any federal, state, or local tax statute, regulation, or rule, including, if required by applicable law, a valid IRS Form W-9. Winner acknowledges that, to the extent required by applicable law, Sponsor may report the value of the Prize to tax authorities and that Winner is responsible for any tax liability arising from acceptance of the Prize.

5. RELEASE: This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States. By participating, Entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Entrants and Winners also agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, the Promotion Entities, Walmart Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, disability, attorneys’ fees, and costs of litigation and settlement, as well as any liability due to any injuries, damages, or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, ownership, misuse, or use of any Prize, participation in the Promotion, or any Promotion-related activity. If Sponsor discovers printing, production, typographical, administrative, technical, or other errors that materially affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, or cancel the affected portion of the Promotion and, if feasible, to select potential winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the action taken by Sponsor.

SPONSOR AND THE RELEASED PARTIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE USE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FURTHER, NO RESPONSIBILITY IS ACCEPTED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, OR ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY.

Each Entrant and Winner understands and agrees that all rights under Section 1542 of the California Civil Code and similar law of any state or territory of the United States are hereby expressly waived. Said section reads as follows:

A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND 4913-4855-6242.1 THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, or incomplete entries due to system errors, failures, faulty transmissions, or other telecommunications malfunctions; (2) technical failures of any kind; (3) failures of any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (4) unauthorized human and/or mechanical intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (5) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt, possession, or use of any Prize. If for any reason an Entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion, if possible. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend all or any part of the Promotion and to select potential winners from among all eligible entries received up until the time of such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension, as applicable.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, all judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket damages (excluding attorneys’ fees) associated with participation in this Promotion and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages. In no event shall damages exceed the total approximate retail value of all prizes ($300.00 USD) in the aggregate.

Entrants may be disqualified if Sponsor learns that an Entrant made a material misrepresentation in connection with the Promotion, submitted false or fraudulent information, tampered with or attempted to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Promotion, or otherwise violated these Official Rules.

7. JURY TRIAL WAIVER: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHT HE/SHE MAY HAVE TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN RESPECT TO ANY LITIGATION DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING OUT OF, UNDER, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROMOTION, THESE OFFICIAL RULES, OR ANY OF THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED HEREBY.

8. APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION: This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Sweepstakes Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to any principles of conflict of laws. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Promotion will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively by a state or federal court located in Montgomery County, Texas. Nothing in these Official Rules shall deprive any Entrant of any non-waivable consumer protection rights or other rights under the laws of the Entrant’s state of residence. By entering, each Entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

9. PRIVACY: Information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.unspeakable.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering this Promotion, each Entrant acknowledges and agrees that personal information submitted in connection with the Promotion may be collected, processed, stored, and used by Sponsor and its service providers solely to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, communicate with Entrants and potential Winners regarding the Promotion, fulfill Prizes, maintain records, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with applicable law. Entry in the Promotion does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications from Sponsor, and Sponsor will not use entry information for marketing purposes unless the Entrant separately opts in to receive such communications. Each Entrant further 4913-4855-6242.1 acknowledges that if he/she is chosen as a Winner, certain identifying information may be disclosed to third parties as required by law, including without limitation, on a Winner’s list.

10. NO ASSOCIATION: This Promotion is sponsored solely by Unspeakable Vlogs, Inc. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Walmart Inc., or any social media platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to Sponsor and not to Walmart or any social media platform.

11. SPONSOR AND WINNERS LIST: The Sponsor of this Promotion is Unspeakable Vlogs, Inc., 5450 Honea Egypt Rd, Montgomery, TX 77316. Requests must be received by December 31, 2026.

12. SEVERABILITY: If any one or more provisions of these Official Rules are held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the validity, effect, or enforcement of any other provision of these Official Rules, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. FORCE MAJEURE: If the Promotion or any portion thereof is unable to be conducted as planned for any reason, including but not limited to pandemic, epidemic, act of God, fire, flood, severe weather, earthquake, labor dispute, governmental act, public health emergency, act of terrorism, civil unrest, or any other event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control (each a “Force Majeure Event”), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion without liability. In such event, Sponsor may, but shall not be obligated to, select Winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the Force Majeure Event, subject to applicable law.
